The motherboard on my system has just fried, so I've replaced it with a Asus A7S8X-MX. Previously I could boot my system in under 2 minutes, however since replacing the motherboard, it now takes 10+ minutes for windows to load. The only thing that's changed is this new motherboard (same processor, same amount of ram, all same hardware otherwise, and it has a fresh install of Windows XP). Any ideas what could cause this?
