HOW CAN I FILTER IN A SUBFORM TO ONLY SEE THE MOST RECENT ENTRIES?

One way is create a DateTime_Created field in your tables with the default value as =Date(). Use the DateTime_Created field to limit the records based on the records age (CurrentDate - DateTime_Created < Whatever time frame you require.). HTH.
