Hi,
One of our branches along time ago received items (2014/2015) at the wrong unit price. We now know and we need these items at the correct unit price in ACCPAC. Because every time they make a SHP, the locations (workshop/projects / etc.) are supporting extra costs on these items received.
They want to be able to fix this so when they do a shipment or a shipment return it will have the correct most recent cost showing. One option could be to make an SHP for all the units for each item and then a SRT at the correct unit price. In the following SHP ACCPAC takes the correct unit price, but, It doesn’t work with the SRT.
Because (I think) in the SRT ACCPAC takes the unit cost from the last RCP (receipt).
What is the best way to correct the cost to some of these items so when a person does a shipment or shipment return the correct cost will show up for them. We need ACCPAC to show the correct prices in (Most recent cost (Cost calculation unit) / Last unit cost (Cost calculation unit). We use sage 300 2014 the fifo costing method.
Hope this makes sense.
