I'm looking to add a mortgage calculator to a web site and am wondering where is the best place to find the sources. I see all different shapes and sizes but if I had something to start with, that would be great.
Thanks!
Jim

Feel free to use mine:

Grab between the script tags and make your form name and fields the same.

There are several out there that are free and do a full ammorization type breakdown too. My realtor wanted simple though. I have found with realtors that too much loan info for client can scare clients (the realtors clients) away. This simple calculator I have gives an accurate but low ball mortgage (no taxes, pmi, insurance, etc)
