mortgage calculator

hello all,

I'm looking for a script that will calculate loan / mortgage repayments and that would show a reducing outstanding balance for each line of payment. I think its called an amoriztion calculator. I would also like to be able to vary the amounts of interset, repayments, loan ammout etc. Please help!
