Morning Peaks and Call By Call Statistics Report

I was ask to pull abandoned call information from the Call By Call Statistics Report and Compare it to the Morning Peaks Call Report. But when I compare the number of abandon call within each report they do not equal. Also, the Handed over to Master Application of Call By Call Statistics Report does not equal to the Application summary of Application Abandon Call in Peaks report for the same time period. (Are these Can Report from Nortel)

What is the different with these reports
Call By Call Statististics Report ==> uses the Tables eCallByCallStatYYYYMMDD, Agent

Peaks Report ==> uses the table iAppicationStat

they start as canned reports.. you duplicate a report so that you can edit it for your site.. check the params of the report itself.. several times when users thought reports didn't match it was because the selection criteria did not match
