can someone please help me...
I did reinstalled 2000 from the start but still it shuts down and reboots itself.
Do you think its the motherboard or its something else?

Did you just reinstall over the previous installation? If so, you may have to save your data to disks and then do a complete format and reinstall on a clean disk.

I did a clean installation. I even installed the BIOS again to make sure that wasnt the case. After doing all that now the PC went blank on me.

Is your version of 2K an upgrade or full? Did you FORMAT the disk to wipe the old version completely off?
