I don't understand your question. The autoattendant does not have a mailbox. What kind of mail/messaging system do you have - and what kind of problem are you having?
What type of messaging/mail module do you have. I am not sure that you can increase the size of the general mailboxes on any of them - but you may be able to on the newer Magix Messaging modules. I don't believe you can on the Legend 007 or Merlin Mail. The default is already set at the maximum 60 minutes for those modules.
However - when the general mailbox is full, the voice mail should prompt the caller to either enter another extension number, or dial 0 for assistance. You could set-up a second "quasi general mailbox" (pick an unused extension or adjunct in your dial plan) and make it class of service 18 as an overflow. Re-record your AA night menu prompt to include a statement that if the general mail box is full - to please dial extension xxx to leave a message. Make the message receiver in system programming for that extension's mailbox whoever has ownership of the general mailbox - usually the operator/receptionist.
They have a MLM 007 card , and I was unable to change the class of service, so I am going to suggest that they go with the "quasi general mailbox" so thanks for all the help Tom and have a happy holiday
