More than 40 Sub reports in crystal reports 8.5

I have report with 40 sub-reports which works fine when run from my VC++ app, but adding the 41st only works for the sybase server/db that it was developed in - that fails to work on my test server !!! - Is there a call that I am missing to overwrite the server info for each sub-report ?. I am using PESetNthTableLogOnInfo in a loop.

Any tips ....
