Is there anyway of having more than 2 announcements in hunt groups?
For example;

Announcement 1
Distribute for 20 secs
Announcement 2
Distribute for 20 secs
Announcement 3
Distribute for 20 secs
Announcement 4
Distribute for 20 secs
Announcement 5
Distribute for 20 secs
Go back to announcement 2

The customer would like to have a different tip in each of the announcements.

We are running IPO 6.1 on VM Pro.
Thanks.

Use $QUEUETIME and a condition to do this.

Although 20 seconds is a tight interval for it as peter says yes you can.

Thank you for such a quick response.

Is $QUEUETIME the same as $TimeQueued? I cannot find $QUEUETIME in the help.

Also, is the value of $COUNTERx different for each caller. In others words, Caller 1 with $COUNTER1 equals 2, caller 2 with $COUNTER1 equals 4. I'm thinking of putting a condition of
if $COUNTER1 = 2 play announcement 2
if $COUNTER1 = 3 play announcement 3
etc

Timequeued is the one :)
You have to test the condition so you need to start with the longest time.
Then if it is false you need a condition with 20 seconds less and on and on.
