More rings before it goes to the Voicemail

Hello,

How can I extend more rings before it goes to the voicemail? Our current setup is 4 rings then it goes to the voicamail. Can I extend it to 6 rings before it goes to the voicemail?

We have CS1K SG 5.0 and CallPilot 4.0.

Check in LD 15 under RDR Data that you have your internal / external 0, 1 and 2 settings for call forwarding. Compare them with your extensions RC0 setting which is usually set as a default value of "0".

It's best to change the RCO to a different number that matches the same numer as defined in LD 15.

Thank you for your input. It worked after I change the DNF2 to 6. Then change the RCO from the phone to 2.
