Previous thread820-1263597.

MacCleod1021 mentions in this previous thread that he had to match the SiteIDs from the config db to the content db. I'm already stuck in this position so I can't go through the MS procedure. Can you give more details about how to fix this problem?

The error I get is within several locations in the SPS config web pages including "Virtual Server general settings"
I also get it with applications that were written to move docs around in my Portal.

Message is:
"The virtual server that is referenced here is not in the config database.
