I got the report to correctly total the time between the 1st Start Time and the last Finish Time. I even used NZ for those fields which were "null".

If the field eg. StartTime3 to FinishTime4 are "null" the user doesn't want to have the fields displayed.

At the moment until I can get it working, I have a message box asking the user whether the sessions are more than 2 and it displays another Report minus the extra fields. Apart from taking up space with a duplication of the original Report, it just isn't what I wanted to do.

Can ideas?

Set the control source equal to an iif statement that checks to see if the control is 0 and if it is then make it display nothing. Like so:

=iif([StartTime3]=0,"",[StartTime3])

That should be all you need. Hope that helps! Joe Miller
