Hi Everyone,

Ok... I have a whole list of 'newbie' questions, so please feel free to mock me as part of your replies ;o)

How do I get the following:-

1. A list of all IP Phones + their IP/MAC Addresses
2. A list of all phones that are 'dead' (i.e. Out of Service or Manbusied)
3. A list of all software options (not just codes) and licenses, e.g. 20 x ACD Agents, DPNSS Level 4 Enabled etc
4. How do I "Log Off" (I know... I did say I was a newbie!)

Many thanks,

Paul (I'm not worthy) McGuinness

Hi.
1. A list of all IP Phones + their IP/MAC Addresses. Try with the c ommand IPEXP:dir=all; it says all the ip estenssions and if it's logged or not with their IP address, and with IPGKP:lim=all, ipopt=yes; you can see where are logged
2. A list of all phones that are 'dead' (i.e. Out of Service or Manbusied). BLFDP; you can see the equs that are blocked manually, or, with problems.
3. A list of all software options (not just codes) and licenses, e.g. 20 x ACD Agents, DPNSS Level 4 Enabled etc
Print LIDAP;
4. How do I "Log Off" (I know... I did say I was a newbie!). It depends of the software to connect.

log off > hold down CTRL key and push x

you will get a question mark
?>
type O
and you will be logged off (via V24 you'll get the text LOGGED OFF, via IP your telnet session will be ended)
