How can I have more lines per a phone? For example, the operator has 2 calls on hold and someone else dials in - it goes to auto-attendant automatically. There are availiable lines and the buttons are set to appearance. Is there something I'm missing?
What version software are you running? There was a bug in 4.0 i believe where Avaya decided to change the way HuntGroup calls were handled. They fixed it in 4.1 supposadly.
Check that there is not an setting under no user to allow for Reserve_Last_CA or something like that. It is the equivilant of a OO or out only button for the last appearence. It helps you not screw up the operator with a bunch of calls and no free lines to transfer them. I would sugest giving more CAs and keep the reserve option there otherwise the operator will have problems with all of her lines being tied up.
