The calendar worked, kinda. Since the dates are in Access and I need them to go onto the Outlook calendar, do I need to modify the new table that was created called Calendar to have a relationship with the grant contact table by linking to the two date fields and the funder fields? You answered my 3. question through another post but do I need to have an icon button to have the word document open? And if so, how do I do that?
Oh one more thing, I copied and pasted the code that was on the link you provided into the VBA part of the database. I don't think that it worked.
