I have a network, Windows nt in server, windows 98 in workstations.
After I change the IP address (AT&T ISP need this change) in the server outlook work ok, but in the workstation doesn’t work.
After receive the Shackdaddy answer I make a ping exchangesevername and the answer is the old number. The problem is in the ISP o in my server?

The problem is in your DNS. As I said before, if the DNS is a problem, you need to change the address -> name mapping so that it is correct. I don't know if your DNS is on your Exchange server or if AT&T takes care of it for you.
