More GRTD pain

I have read every forum here and tried everything. I have a SECC 4.2 server with 8 agents. GRTD is needed by all agents. I had GRTD working on all client pc's for ONE day. The next day, all were back to the Agent Database:login failure.

Does anyone have any new help on this?

Can you ping symposium? Have you got the fat client of symposium installed on the agent PC, have you checked your licening??

I can ping the Symposium server, no fat client of symposium on the workstation, just GRTD. We are well under our total licenses.

What operating systems are you running. Do you shut down at night? If you do what happens if you don't?
This may be a permissions issue being sent down by the Network admins via AD policies.

Install the fat client on one of the workstations, i know if you want agents displayed on the screen you need the fat client running?

i have seen this happen before.

Sometimes the database connection stays alive despite the application being terminated then when you try to log in again it wont allow you as as far as it is concerned you are allready logged in.

I also found that while running GRTD symosium RTD's were not refreshing correctly so i got rid of GRTD.

Can you not display queue on phone?
