we are taking data from an internal database and putting it on the web. we don't want the web to have access to our database in any way

we currently have a routine that does this-

DoCmd.OutputTo acOutputQuery, "Current Jobs", acFormatHTML, "c:\OpenJob.html", False, "K:\TC2\jbhtml\template.htm"

we then have a program that takes the output and FTPs it to our web server. the problem is there is a little to much data to fit on oneline so i want to take the last fields and place it underneath but if i build a form with data placed how i want it, access automatically creates a new field and moves my data back onto one line

any help?

if you want to look at the page now it is and i want to move the notes-benefits section below the rest of the information
