More Excel help needed...another IF(AND fx I'm having trouble with... 1

I posted a similar problem last week, but couldn't quite get the same formula to work.

I'm trying to write a formula that I believe is an IF(AND formula, and it just isn't working right. Probably pretty simple for some of you whizzes here...

Example:

I want to write a formula that writes "PLAY" in column C if the value in column B is >0 and <10, and if the value in column A >0. Anything else that doesn't qualify should be left blank.

A B C
1 2 9 "PLAY"
2 -1 -12
3 -3 9
4 7 5 "PLAY"

Any suggestions?
