More Div Tag help

I'm making a player's profile page and I'm putting the picture of the player into a div element and then aligning the text to the left or the right. I'm having a problem with the alignment of the pictures in the div tag. The picture will appear just outside the div area, overlapping the div box's border, but the text will sit inside the div area. Why aren't the pictures staying where they are supposed to? To fix this I'm having to place <br> tags in to move them up and down to fit appropriatly into the box. Is there a reason as to why the pics won't sit in the Div area?

It is up, but the player profile page isn't there as yet. I didn't want to get it up until it was all done. I might put it up though, might make it easier to let people see what I've done. The web site is:
