More detail on ETrack Incidents

Has anyone found a way to get more detailed information on etrack incidents? I found the following but it is... well you take a look.


Etrack Incident = ET635017
Associated Primary Etracks = ET635016

Description:
Due to a memory management issue, the Volume Manager Daemon could
crash during certain media management operations

The information would be on an internal symantec document and not available for general user consumption.


However, you and I know that sales can be very accomodating. Each sales rep has a techie to work with. It's amazing how much information you can get from them
