More Access 2010 woes--Navigation pane Semi-Hidden??

Hi all,
I am dead in the water. The Navigation pane in Access 2010 is narrowed to just the scrollbar--it's *not* hidden, I've gone to the Navigation Options and that's not the problem. It's so narrow that I can't see any of the objects and it does not give me the <--> mouse cursor to drag and widen it. It is stuck in this state and phyically impossible to widen.

I've tried minimizing, maximizing, and everything in between. I've tried 'assuming' the pointer is in the right spot and dragging anyway (in the case that the <--> cursor just wont show), but nothing happens. This has completely shut me down.

Has anyone got a solution to this?
Thanks very much,

To me the collapsed Navigation Pane looks kind of like a record selector with arrows at the top (>>).

Just click the arrows to expand it back to the right (clicking on thin bar seems to work too).

Something else that might bight you eventually... If you double-click a tab on the ribbon it collapses the ribbon, double-clicking again expands it.

While I've gotten used to the Navigation in 2010, I still do not prefer it.

Lameid,
Thanks, but I looked for all of those things. There is no double-arrows, it is seriously corrupted. I've tried everything, every right-click, left-click, dbl-click option possible within that area and that thing is not moving.

I had to create a new database, and import all objects, and I'm fine now, but worried it might happen again.

Backstage (File Tab), Options, Current Database...

I am going from memory (I only have 2010 on my work PC)...
There is an option to hide the Navigation page, I want to say a check box about halfway down. Is that checked?

Lameid,
No, as I'd said I went to Navigation options (also in that Access Options thing).
This is simply bizarre. It's almost like when you have a window that's at the way bottom of your screen or at the way right or left side, and you can't grab it with the mouse. For that particular thing, I've learned to do Alt-Spacebar, then M (Move) and then Arrow-key the window until I see the border sliding into view.

I even tried that, and other various Alt- or Ctrl- key options to bring up some sort of window menu for that and nothing worked. I just see a scrollbar with razor-thin border a small sliver of the table and query icons, and at the top nothing.

And I've even tried my mouse, which has an adjustable dpi, on the low setting so I can move it pixel by pixel to try and find that crossbar. I've tried scrolling all the way up and down, tried selecting various View, Sort, and Group options, and still nothting but a scrollbar.

Just really goofy.
