MOperating system error

Hi all,

I can see above error message in files located in queue direcory. All mails sent via 'mail' don't leave /var/spool/mqueue directory and repeats minute after minut (number of files located in queue directory grows very fast) so my /var filesystem goes full.

Any ideas what this error means and why my mails don't get their recipients???
