Im new to project and have created a gantt chart with various tasks from december 04 until march 06. It comes out on approx 15 pages becasue it is in days accross the top, this would be better if it was in months or maybe even years, Can someone tell me how to do this please.

Months/Years instead of days

Quick way:
1. View | Gantt (to force display of the Gantt chart)
2. RightMouseButton anywhere on the date header above the Gantt bars
3. In the Zoom pop-up select "entire project"
If you want some control over the display
1. View | Gantt (to force display of the Gantt chart)
2. Format | Timescale (to let you modify settings)
3. Depending on the version of the Project you'll see information on 2 or 3 tabs. Choose the intervals and display information that you think is appropriate.
