Hi guys,

Apologies if this is simple but I am relativley new to Crystal.

I have a report I have produced in Crystal XI quite simple it shows telephone activity made in our call centre. I have a formula which shows the date and all calls made for that day.

I have had to convert the field from the database to a date but I would like to now group this by month instead of having each days data shown.

Could anyone point me in the right direction on how to do this - would it be a formula???

First you are in the wrong forum. You should be in forum767 or forum149.

All you need to do is select the date->insert->group->select print on change of month. Then you can insert summaries by right clicking on detail fields->insert summary and selecting to summarize at the group level.
