Month Chart Formula 1

Hello All,
I have a bar chart that shows values by month. Currently, I have set the order in a specific order to display the months, like Jan, Feb, Mar, Apr....
My problem is when the customer selects date ranges like
06/01/2006 to 05/30/2007, it still orders it in the order I set it, Jan, Feb, Mar, ....

Is there away to display the months from the start month start date to the end month of end date, like, May, Jun, July…..Dec, Jan, Feb, Mar…Jun. when the customer selects two date ranges.

Looks like you are not differentiating the year.

What is your month order formula.

I tend to use this format

totext(year(datefield),0,"")&"/"&totext(month(datefield),"00",0,"")

This shows month as 2007/01 for Jan 2007.
