month and year selection record

Hey, could someone help me !!!

Iam trying to select record based on month and year from database field ranged from DTPicker in visual basic but I always found error message with my formula. Usually, The error message always tell about mismatch data type. Could someone give me the correct selectionformula, please!!!

Mismatch data type probably means that you are passing a numeric to compare to a string, or vice versa.

For best results, try posting your environment information such as Crystal version and database, formulas used, actual error encountered, example data and expected output.
