The monitors are only attached to devices which have the HCI options turned on in the Class of service.
If you do not want to use applications for some devices then turn off both HCI options.
Please bear in mind that Mitel utilises the HCI option to provide lots of differt functionality so I would only disable these options if you are abbsolutely sure that you do not want to monitor it.
