Hi ppl.
Im new to this site and I have a question. I am working on monitoring a UPS in the company I work for. The ups is a PRM700i NetUps (700Va) with an RS-232 - 9 Pin.
I have set up a cable to connect to my laptop and have tried hyperterminal with every different setting I can think of. There is no software with the UPS to monitor it.
Any help would be greatly appreciated, cheers.

You will need to get APC PowerChute. This soft will let you monitor and cofigure your UPS.
