Is it possible to monitor the SMTP transmission produced by voice mailpro for voicemail to email?

I know how to do it with embedded but I don't believe it's showing the SMTP for voicemail pro

I used a sislog free program from Grand stream set that up for Port 514 it created a folder for the IP address showing that it was receiving monitoring however the notepad log has nothing in it just the file was created for the event. I've set up for both logging and triggered a number of events like voicemail to email rebooting etc but the files that are created and sent over by voicemail pro or blank

All you need to do is enable logging, restart VM service, trigger an email, then browse to C:\Program Files (x86)\Avaya\IP Office\Voicemail Pro\VM\logs, or if an AppServer/Server Edition launch WinSCP and go to /opt/vmpro/Logs
