how can i monitoring traffic on cisco 2950 ?
how can i see log history what had happened in pas time ? (like power fail ect).

NBAR won't work on the 2950. At least not as described in the link provided.

What sort of traffic monitoring are you wanting to monitor? Just looking for utilization in/out of individual ports, or do you want to know the specific protocols that are running between devices?

For utilization, look into MRTG or PRTG. Open source system that uses RRD and build graphs for each interface (or whatever you can get an OID for).

If you want protocols, then you won't be looking at your switch so much. Start at your router, there you can enable NBAR and NetFlow. There are other tools that you can use with NetFlow to export the data to generate reports on.

Thank you all for the support .
I`ve configured NBAR on gateway and got some statistics.
Any idea how to interpret the numbers ?

Is there any way to monitor traffic only in one specific port of the cisco switch ?

For realtime port and fabric utilization use the "show controllers utilization" command.
