Our Firm has been reviewing monitoring tools for VoIP systems, peripherals, etc. At this date, we have used Prognosis on a trial basis and viewed a home-grown product from a business partner, SPS (ICON and ICON Lite). Anyone familiar with all or some of these products? Or have any suggestions for other monitoring products? We know that we will have to purchase hardware for the ICON services and pay a rather exhorbitant rate but it appears to be a really good product. Or is there something out there that will help us monitor the VoIP trunks, phones and maybe some help with the data network?
