I would like to monitor our toll numbers. Our service provider (CO) don't have tools to do this and the callers (our clients) had to noify us when they went down in the past. Is there any way to monitor our 1-800 services and detect and notify us when it goes down? I'm looking for anything (software, hardware, investment and etc.) to make this happen. Anhy help would be much appreciated.

The only way is to generate test calls. There are clous services that will do it for you

Integrated Research (Prognosis monitoring) have an offering like this. Im sure there are others too

I have always wished that my computer would be as easy to use as my telephone.
My wish has come true. I no longer know how to use my telephone.

Thanks Matt, "clous services"? can you please elaborate little more on this like if you know company names and etc. Many thaanks, I will continue to look for such services. Thanks again.

Oops.

Cloud services.... pretty much all are based in the cloud.

I don't know of others, other than Integrated Research, and you may have to speak to them as I'm not sure this service is listed on their website
