monitoring System Services through ASP page?

Ill try to make it as easy as possible.
If you go under Control Panel and then Services (on NT)
you will see a specialized window monitoring all running apps.

My manager asked me if we can take this funcionality on an ASP page.

I dont mind if is going to be a third party component or a hard way solution. All i want is some help, links, or whatever....
