IS there any method to monitor IBM shark storage failures from HP-UX host? Like EMC does have product Solutions Enabler which gives monitoring of EMC Symmetrix failures.

Hmmm...you might have to setup your own SNMP solution. I don't think you are going to find a IBM utility to monitor from a HP-UX host. You should be able to find th MIBs for the shark on IBM.com.
