Monitoring Queue on Hunt Groups

I am looking at various ways of monitoring calls queueing for hunt groups. I have an ip500v2 and have been trying to implement this;

Queue Monitoring
There are several methods of displaying a hunt group queue.

· Group Button
On phones, with programmable buttons, the Group function can be assigned to monitor a specified group. The button indicates when there are calls ringing within the group and also when there are calls queued. The button can be used to answer the longest waiting call.

I have set this up on a 1616-i but the button does not flash when calls are queuing on the monitored hunt group.

Any ideas??

You've done it wrong, don't forget calls show as queued against the initial target group even if it's overflowed to another/other groups. Buttons assigned to overflow groups will not show those queued calls
