Monitoring products for Call Manager / VoIP infrastructure

I'd like to know what products you guys are using to monitor your Call Manager and/or entire VoIP infrastructure. Thanks.
 
well this is a very wide question. For the network I could recommend Cisco works if you are using cisco products. The callmanager has also a monitoring feature called AST and a lot of system resource counters have been added to the standard windows 2000 performance monitor.
I also think NetIQ makes some nice tools and software programms to monitor your network. But I don't have any experience with these.
