Monitoring of Utilization

Hi,

We have a fairly big network of 12 Passport 7480 NODES, with many voice and Data circuits terminating at the edge nodes.

i would like monitor utilisation of each voice port I have and and keep a database for historical data.

Basically, I need to know numberof simultanous calls, Number of IN and OUT calls etc. and if possible the duration of the call (sort of an erlang report)

has any one done this before?

please tell me what means/ways I can acheive this?

Have you checked the Magellan Data Provider to see what accounting stats are produced by the Passport? You could then export these in .bdf format to your pc and then use the import data in Excel to add to your spreadsheet.
You could also use a tool called PNA, which could be aquired from Nortel if you ask REALLY nicely.
