I need to monitor the login time , and the applications the users did use ..
How can I get this Information ?
Shall I use billing system ?

Hi,

Install and configure RMS, you can get detailed information about RMS from your MetaFrame CD or the Citrix web site.

Cheers,
Carl.

SysTrack 3.1 (formerly known as Citrix RMS) is a “collection” of tools (with one UI) that monitors resources across all Windows platforms, with some built in specifics for Citrix users. Using SysTrack's Billing Module, you can easily track who logged in to your systems, for how long, and report which applications were used while logged in. All of this data is stored in a Jet (Access) database, that is automatically created for you during installation.

If you choose to use the Billing Module contained in Citrix RMS or RM within XPe, there are a couple of limitations you should be aware of. First, you will need to set up a centralized database, probably SQL to house the collected data. Second, this data is only kept for a period of 14 days by default. If you need any time period longer than this, you will need to teak those settings which will increase the size of your database.

If you would like any additional information about SysTrack, please contact me.

Good luck!
