Monitoring Folders

Does anybody out there have any experience with using the ReadDirectoryChangesW API call?

I have made several attempts to try and get this call to work with no success. If anyone could point me to a site where there might be examples, or show me some examples I would be very grateful.

Thanks for the link Eric. However, I was hoping someone out there might have had experience with actually calling the API from Visual Basic. As all my attempts so far have failed miserably

I have had made attempts based on C programs (I am not however, totally familiary with C) pulled from the web, but each time I execute it fails to produce the correct results.
