MONITORING CTI GROUPS

Hello Group

Iam working for a company wich have ap40. But unfortunaly the dont use acd. i have found out that i can use monitored CTI-groups?

I allready have code to connect to de application link and monitor. But how do we create cti-group. And what can be monitored in regards to cti Groups

Iam a totaly newbee prepared to pay for help.

This is a example of parameters for bc11:
ACGRI:GRP=3700,SERV=1021,TRAF=15,SEL=11005,QUE=00000990101,
LIM=1;

When you have strated a monitor you can call the group and you will get delivered and queued events. Then you deflect the call to where ever you want.
