Monitoring console on SX-2000

I had a request to do silent monitoring of SC2000 operator consoles on an SX-2000 running software 34.2.7.4. I have the ACD feature package with silent monitoring but that seems to only function with supersets; any other suggestions to monitor operators remotely?
