Whenever i try and run the Set Up Monitoring Reports and Alerts I get to where it should be doing the setting up and then it gives me errors for all the steps: Configuring Data Store, Configuring Data Collection, Configuring Alert Thresholds, Configuring Reports. The MSQL$Monitoring service is running as well. Any help would be great.

Another question: Do you have a separate data partition/drive/array?
When I ran SP1 on my SBS server, there were folders created for Monitoring, Inetpub, etc. on the array, and I lost functionality of Monitoring. Copy/pasting the files from the data array to the same-named folder on the C: array restored the Monitoring functions. There were a few other folders I had to treat this way.
