Monitoring cisco SG300 Switch with Snmp

Hi ,


i am new bee in monitoring using snmp, recently we got SG300 Switches,
now my task is to monitor it using cacti.

i have enabled snmp , and mentioned a Readonly community name (public) in the switch , and when i run snmpwalk from the cacti server, i am getting a big list of OIDs , all are numbers.
how will i get to now , which oid points to Cpu/interface/memory utilisation.

pls help....
