Can anyone tell me if on the BCM 400, is there any way to monitor outgoing calls?
 
Only if you have Call Center, and the phone/agent you wish to monitor is logged into a queue. Other than that, you'd be looking at a third party device.
 
mrmarshall, the customer I have was looking to monitor outgoing calls that were not a part of a hunt group or call center.
 
What sort of monitoring, listen to calls or see where there calling.

How can I monitor calls to see where they are going, or if anyone is calling a certain number?

 
In real-time, you could use the BCM Monitor. If you want historical data, you should use a third-party CDR software package (such as Telecost by RSI).
 
Yopu could use the cdr client wrapper but you would need to be checking it on an hourly or daily basis.

It is on the BCM under install clients

I installed the CDR client wrapper, and worked out the security problems...
I set up the reporting, but when I connect, I don't see anything...
