Monitoring calls on a MICS

I have a customer looking to monitor and maybe record some calls made by his sales force. They would like to do this without the sales person knowing things are being recorded. Has anyone else run across this type of application. What have you used?

If you have a mics 6.1 you can set each station into a hunt group and then sue silent observe. you have to be careful of the legal side of this though. check your local laws on monitoring. different states have different laws and the feds have another set of laws for calls crossing state lines.
