MOnitoring and recording devices

Any suggestions on what product and company to use to add monitoring, barge in, coaching and recording to a MICS. I have used a company called DLI DIgital Loggers Inc.. Their equipment is simple to install but their software and support stink!

We used to use NICE loggers for all our IPC trading systems and ACD groups on our Option PBX's and they were pretty easy to set up but seemed kinda pricey, I guess it depends on how many users you need to record.
