How do I do this, I've enabled Auditing of Object Access but this isn't logging anything when a client accesses a file from a mapped drive.

You've enabled audit object access in a GP yes??

You also need to set who you are auditing (eg groups or users) on the folder itself.

Right click folder - Security - Advanced - Auditing
