How do I set up a supervisors phone to be able to monitor another extension/line?
 
It depends on your software. I will assume you have 6.1. There have been other threads on this, such as thread799-945396. If you are talking about 6.1 SM supervising, it only works with hunt groups, and is therefore limited in its application. As for setting it up, I recommend calling your vendor.
 
No this is a MICS DR 4.1 I thought by unrestricting the line access that this would help?
 
Like I said in the post bkrike referenced, Auto Privacy is the Feature you need to adjust. I'm not sure what unrestricting would do for you.
